You're Booked! Here's Everything You Need to Know for Photo Day

Thanks for booking your team in for photos! Please read the following carefully and share this information with everyone involved—players, parents, coaches, and support staff. You can simply forward this email or share the details through your team’s communication app.

Important Notes for Everyone

• Please arrive on time. We run a tight, efficient, and fun photo day. Late arrivals may miss their team photo.
• If a player can’t make the team photo session, they’re welcome to come for an individual photo. Let your coach or Infinite Eye know in advance.
• Team photos are done in person. We do not edit players into the team image afterward, so it’s important to attend your team’s scheduled time.

Players - How to Prepare

• Arrive dressed and ready—there are no change rooms.
• No cleats needed. Regular shoes are fine.
• Bring your full uniform: jersey, socks, shin pads, soccer shorts, and goalie gloves if applicable.
• Make sure your jersey is clean, face is clean, hair is tidy, and please no gum.
• Bring your best smile—and your game face too!

Parents and Guardians

• Ensure your player is ready and on-site 5 minutes before your scheduled session.
• We ask that all players be registered by their parent or guardian  - it is a simple online form - takes 90 secs to fill out.
• Prints and products can be ordered through our easy-to-use online gallery and store. We offer fun extras like trader cards, magnets, mugs, and more.
• If your player will miss the team session but still wants an individual photo, please notify your coach or Infinite Eye in advance.
• Questions? Call us at 780.570.2545. (if you are trying to call during team photo times, you can leave a message and we will get back to you once are back in the Studio)

Coaches

• Please arrive 10 minutes early. We’ll go over a few quick items with you before the session.
• Please manage player behaviour and make sure your team respects the location and equipment.

Buddy Shots

Coach/player, sibling, or buddy photos are available if time allows. Please ask at the Photo Registration Table.
