Parent Meeting

@ Millennium Place Trail Field

Before our first game I would like to have a meeting with all the players and at least one parent per player in or near the dressing room before the game.  The meeting will start at 3:00pm sharp, since the players will need to go for a warm-up run at 3:15 (during which time I can answer questions while another coach goes with the players) then back into the dressing room to get ready for our 3:30pm game.

Items to discuss include (but not limited to):

- introduce coaching staff (David, Brett and Kristi)

- season expectations (I'll share the survey results about your importance on winning games, improving soccer/fitness skills, teamwork and having fun)

- spectator expectations

- referee liaison duties and schedule

- tournament participation (if desired)

- names on jerseys (if desired)

- volunteer roles (tournament coordinator, team manager, fundraiser, etc. depending on what the team wants to do)
