Thanks for booking with Laser City!

Please make sure you and your guests arrive 10-15 minutes before your event starts so we can get everyone checked in. Your first game starts at the time above and if players are not here at that time, they will miss their first game.

Our party tables are designed to seat the number of players you have booked for. We cannot guarantee seating for non-players (parents, other guests, etc). Contact us for details.

There's no waivers for Laser Tag

Terms and Conditions

Laser Tag: Players are required to be 42" or taller to participate. Ages 6+ is strongly recommended.

Mini Paintball: Mini Paintball is only for kids aged 8-12 and a waiver is required to be signed by their parents.

Payment Policy: All payments are non-refundable, but you can change your date once up to 72 hours before your booking. Package sizes can't be downgraded with a refund.

Winter Weather Policy: We live in a winter city and as such, sometimes we get bad weather. We are open during all but the most exceptional of weather circumstances. We cannot move or refund your booking because of bad weather, beyond our payment policy above.
