Please ensure that all Players, Parents, Coaches, and Support Staff are informed of the details below. You can easily forward this info via email or share the information through your team's communication app.
IMPORTANT: Please read the following carefully, as failing to do so could affect your team's ability to participate in photo sessions.
EVERYONE
- Please Be On Time: Infinite Eye Photography prides itself on running a fun, efficient, and well-organized Photo Days. Teams arriving late may result in missing the booked team photos spot.
- Group Photos: Team photos will be taken as a group. We do not offer "photoshopping" for players into group photos, so please ensure everyone makes the scheduled team time.
- Individual Photos: If a player cannot attend their designated team photo time, they are still welcome to come for their individual image.
PLAYERS
To make your experience enjoyable, please consider the following:
- Come Prepared: Arrive dressed and ready for photos; there are no changing areas available.
- Footwear: NO CLEATS needed - regular shoes are fine. No boots please.
- What to Bring: Clean jersey, socks, shin pads (because they look great), soccer shorts, and goalies should bring their gloves!
- Look Sharp: Ensure you have a clean face, tidy hair, and no gum.
- Bring Your Best Smile: And don’t forget that game face—we love to see it!
PARENTS/GUARDIANS
- Arrival Time: Please have your player on-site, dressed, and ready to go 5 minutes before your team session time.
- Purchasing Prints: Prints can be purchased directly from Infinite Eye via our online gallery accessible through our easy-to-use Registration System.
- Extra Purchases: An Online Store for Parents/Guardians is available for additional items such as Trading Cards, Magnets, Mugs, and Prints can be bought through the Infinite Eye Online Store.
- Individual Images: If a player cannot make it for their team photo, they can still come for their individual image. Please inform your Coach or Infinite Eye Photography of this situation.
- Questions: For any inquiries, feel free to call our studio at 780.570.2545.
COACHES
- Arrival Time: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your team session. We will need to go through a few details.
- Player Behavior: As Coaches, you are responsible for your players' behaviour. Please help maintain respect for the location and photography equipment.
Jersey Manager - VERY IMPORTANT
- Arrival Time: If your team has a Jerasy Manager, please arrive 10 minutes before your team session. Late arrivals could result in your team missing their scheduled time.

BUDDY / SIBLING SHOTS - No Additional Charge!
If anyone would like coach/player, sibling, or buddy shots with friends/family, just ask at the Photo Registration Table and we can help you out. Please note, Buddy or Sibling shots are done only when we have capacity.
